Jinping (Christiana) Xu

Jinping (Christiana) Xu is Project Director of the Innovation Department, Kawasaki Heavy Industries (USA), based in Bay Area, California. In this role, she is responsible for Kawasaki’s Innovation projects and is currently working on Research & Marketing, Business Development and Investment deal sourcing of IIoT/AI applications/Mobility/Advanced Manufacturing related to Kawasaki current and future business.

Jinping started her career at Kawasaki Heavy Industries in 2014, where she spent 2 and half years at their Tokyo Headquarters. Before relocating to the U.S., she served as a member of the overseas Marketing team and also supported robotics business development projects in the Middle East. Prior to working in the Overseas Strategy Department, she also worked in overseas accounting management in the Planning Department.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Waseda University, Japan. She is from China and is enjoying life in California.
